Door Hinge Shield

For home use,  this product protects fingers from being caught at the hinge side of the door while you continue normal use of the door. Made of flexible, washable, white plastic corrigated board, it comes folded up in 4 segments and unfolds to a height of 39". Door Closer

If you can not get used to keeping the doors closed, especially the one to the basement, here is some help. This white device is a home version of those automatic door closing mechanisms in public places. Smaller in size, it is able to push doors up to 150lbs and has adjustable tension. Screws into the door frame without needing to put holes in the door.

Bath Spout Cover

This spout cover is made of soft, high density, vinyl covered, closed cell foam that is not easily chewed.

  • It protects children should they happen to slip in the tub and fall against the metal spout.
  • It has an opening at the top for the shower diverter and at the bottom for the water to flow through.
  • Adhering to the standard sized spout by tension, it is difficult for a toddler to remove.
  • Leave on, except to give a cleaning to the inside from time to time.
  • Can be trimmed if your spout is shorter.
  • For longer curved spouts, people just attach this to base hoping to reduce banging into the end.

Magnet Latch Key

Key to open Adhesvie Magnetic latch (see CD19).

  • Keep out of reach of children by sticking to something metal up high out of their reach, ie. top of the refrigerator, oven hood, screw of a light switch.
  • Also comes with a holder which can stick with adhesive to any spot you find is most convenient.

2-Way Top Door Lock

This is a terrifically simple, easy to use, inconspicuous, little-known babyproofing gem of a lock for household doors. Most children learn how to open those annoyingly difficult and ugly knob or lever handle covers.

  • This lock is the only lock which allows you to lock and unlock a closed door from both sides.
  • The plastic U-channel rests on top of the door, so it is a long time before little ones can reach.
  • From either side of the door, parents can slide the lock to or away from a peg which is screwed into the door frame.
  • Fits standard interior doors measuring up to 1 3/8" thick and requires some clearance to allow it to slide.
  • Some doors may need some simple sanding across the top to allow for the sliding.
