Wood Slat Gate

Neutral, light maple wood gate, swings in both directions with optional safety hardware to prevent movement over stairs. One-hand opening and closing mechanism is easy for parents but difficult for even older children. Two sliding panels mean you need to take care that little arms and fingers are not touching the gate as you open. Low-profile hardware allows for instant removal. Requires level surface or creation of one, (see Gate Mounts), on both sides.
